On 21st Sept, our team — Sprinkling Smiles & Paropkar Sewa Samiti — roamed over 25 km through villages, donating food, clothes, and slippers to those truly in need. The smiles we received, the peace we felt — it was a soulful way to honour our ancestors during Pitru Paksha.

A Living Prayer of Compassion

Pitru Paksha is a 16-day period in the Hindu calendar dedicated to honoring our ancestors. At Sprinkling Smiles, we believe the best way to honor those who came before us is by serving those who need us today.

🌾 Pitru Paksha Seva 2024 Highlights

Our team traveled over 25 kilometers through rural villages, reaching those who are often forgotten:

  • Food Distribution: Fresh meals delivered door-to-door
  • Clothing Donations: Clothes for men, women, and children
  • Slippers & Footwear: Providing basic necessities to barefoot villagers

    • "Seva is the truest Shraddha." 🙏

    This was not just a ritual, but a living prayer of compassion.
